supplying 5660' of 2" Copper Tubing for the Lake Spivey Project. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered. The pipe type should be "M" (hard) copper material; size is 2 inch x 20 feet, and the requested total quantity is 5,660 ft. Pipe should be available for delivery by February 1, 2024. The pipe should be delivered to CCWA's Warehouse located at 7340 Southlake Parkway, Morrow, GA 30260. General Requirements Any problem with the Bidder's manufacturer will make the Bidder responsible for obtaining the goods from another company and delivering to CCWA as requested. Failure of vendor to provide all information as requested on the Bid Form (i.e., manufacturer name, manufacturer number, o.d. range and delivery) may result in rejection of bid. Delivery Requirements Point of delivery must be by vendor owned equipment or commercial carrier trucks and must be routed to "Clayton County Water Authority, 7340 Southlake Parkway, Morrow, GA 30260". The time for completion of the work is stated in the bid Form. Failure to complete the work within this period shall result in payment to the CCWA of liquidated damages in an amount provided for by contract for each calendar day in excess of the Contract time. Bids for public works whose price exceeds $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid.
