Renovation of an educational facility in Yankton, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
2024 Roof Replacement at Yankton High School Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and doing all work required for a partial roof replacement on Yankton High School during the summer of 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check payable to Yankton School District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, or a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds and insurance certification as required by the contract documents, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. Bids shall be marked Bid for Roof Replacement. Yankton School District 63-3 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of Yankton School District 63-3.
