Site Directions: Site Address Tinley Park Mental Health Center 7400 183rd Street (located on the NW corner of 183rd Street and Harlem Ave) The Park District wishes to rent fencing for the following project. Contractor shall supply all material and labor necessary to complete the following project. Install approximately 15,250LnFt in ground fencing per specifications. 5 gates to be included as per the attached map and per specifications The Fencing Specification section on page 4 is to be replaced with the following; Fencing Specifications - Fencing fabric to be zinc coated steel meeting ASTM A392-06 - Line posts to be minimum 1 5/8" OD galvanized steel construction. Line posts to be 6' 10' spacing on center - Gates shall be 12' 24' double gate, 6' height. Gate to be "swing" type, 2-6' panels. Fabric and post materials to match line fence - All fence panel and gate fasteners and hardware to match galvanized or zinc metal synergy 2. (correction) The Unit Pricing section on page 4 is to be replaced with the following; Unit Pricing - Supply cost on Bid Sheet for additional 12' 24' double gate, 6' height at per month cost (if needed) Gate to be "swing" type, 2-6' 12' panels. - Supply cost on Bid Sheet for additional fencing, 6' height at per month cost (if needed). - Supply cost to supply and install (REPLACE) fencing panel per specification / occurrence. Contractor to replace fencing panel or gate within 24 hours of notification by Park District. - Supply and install (REPAIR) fencing panel per specification / occurrence. Contractor to repair fencing panel or gate within 24 hours of notification by Park District.
