The Norwin School District, Westmoreland County, North Huntingdon, PA, will receive signed and sealed Bids, appropriately identified, for the following projects: Roof Replacement and Repair at Sheridan Terrace and Sunset Valley Contracts: 01 Roofing Construction 02 Mechanical Construction Do Not Open Bids shall be made upon the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid amount made payable to or indemnifying the Norwin School District. In addition, submit the following with each bid: Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractors Qualification Statement, and Certificate of Authority (if applicable). Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Notification of addenda and updates will be via e-mail to registered bidders.
