The scope of work will include, but not be limited to new nursing simulation labs and their support spaces The Scope of work shall include the following: Demolition of all existing walls, ceilings, and floor materials within the project area or as indicated on the documents. Discard all materials off-site per local and state ordinances and codes. Removal of all existing mechanical and electrical items within the project area or as indicated on the documents.
