Supplemental Waste Transfer Hauling for Trade Services. The City of Oxnard Environmental Resources Division of Public Works invites qualified vendors to submit bids to provide supplemental hauling services. On request of City, Contractor shall haul solid waste, green waste or recyclables from Del Norte Recycling Ceter, 111 S Del Norte Blvd, Oxnard to the Simi Valley landfill or other designated facilities as assigned by th City. The City is seeking a primary supplemental waste transfer Contractor that is capable of hauling up to 100,000 tons of solid waste material every year over the term of the contract. A Contractor submitting a bid proposal is expected to have a daily minimum of (5) five tractor-trailers with trailer walking floors available for ''on-call'' upon the City's request to provide waste transfer hauling. SCOPE: This procedure will outline the steps necessary to safely load transfer vehicles. Compliance with this procedure is mandatory.
