Renovation of a municipal facility in Farmington, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Farmington Courts Complex HVAC Controls and Ductless Split Project Description: This project merges the controls systems of the State and former County Court Buildings. Each building operates under Honeywell Niagara Systems. The base bid shall include the replacement of 3-way valves at the existing air handling units. The base bid shall also include capping and filling the underground return air ducting in Court Room 1 and routing the return air above the ceiling.
