The City of Bismarck Public Works Utility Operations Department requests written qualifications from professional firms for geotechnical and materials testing services required to complete the following: Provide geotechnical engineering, materials engineering, and testing services related to the engineering design phase and construction phase for project activities for the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection and Stormwater Collection systems as requested by City of Bismarck staff. Work will be assigned on an as-requested basis at a negotiated yearly rate schedule. This selection is for geotechnical and materials testing services for three years of the contract date. The proposed agreement may be renewed for up to an additional two-year period on the agreement of both parties. The selection of firms will be based on an evaluation of the written proposals. A selection committee may interview selected firms and may recommend multiple firms to enter into contracts with. An agreement, including price schedule, will be negotiated with the selected firms for approval by the Board of City Commissioners.
