Each Bid mustbeaccompaniedbya Bid Bond,preparedon theform of Bid BondattachedtotheContract DocumentsoraSuretyCompany'sStandard Bid Bond,dulyexecutedbythe Bidderasprincipaland havingas suretythereon asuretycompanylicensedtodobusiness in theStateofTennesseeandlisted in thelatest issueof U.S.TreasuryCircular570, in theamountof fivepercent of the Bid. Bidders shall submitproofofqualifications toperform the workas describedin theInstructions to Bidders.
