Reference Number : 1781000 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-12-04 The work covered by this contract includes the renovation of room 334 on the 3rd floor of the McIntyre medical pavilion, located at Campus Centre-Ville, 3655 Promenade Sir-William-Osler, in Montreal, Qc. Auxiliary work is also required in adjacent corridors, in the mechanical room on the 4th floor and in the corridor on the 2nd floor. The work includes the following items, but not limited to, as specified on the plans and specifications: The complete demolition of the suspended ceilings including their supports in the main work area; The partial dismantling of the existing suspended ceilings in the areas of the auxiliary works to allow interventions in the ceiling space; The complete demolition of gypsum ceilings, plaster ceilings on wire mesh, and their supports; Demolition of floor coverings including tile carpets, vinyl tile subfloor and baseboards; Demolition of walls and blowouts according to the drawings; Relocation of existing doors and frames; Openings and openings required for existing floors and walls; Levelling, repairing and levelling the slab (new screed); Patching, repairing and sealing old openings in existing partitions; New suspended ceilings, new ceilings and gypsum fallout in the main work area; The reinstallation of suspended ceilings partially removed as a result of the work; New gypsum bulkheads and new gypsum blowings; New finishes: floors, partitions and ceilings; Refurbishment: existing floor of Mechanical Room 405, and other locations with ancillary work; surfaces outside the site boundaries; New frames, doors and hardware; Encapsulation of materials in the presence of hazardous materials; Modification of mechanical and electrical systems, including lighting, according to the engineers' documents; Work performed in the presence of contaminants, according to the industrial hygiene consultant's documents.
