Renovation of an educational facility in Southampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Interior Renovations: - Interior demolition, including floor slab removals & renovations for installation of new LULA elevator unit, including electrical & mechanical systems, to facilitate new design layout. - PC Foundation wall cut & demo for lower level exit door, including associated mechanical & electrical works. Mechanical & Electrical: - Mechanical rooftop exhaust fan replacement & associated electrical work. - Electrical upgrades in South school wing for in-class electrical systems. - Electrical wiring, including feed from existing school feed, to support new LULA elevator install. - Electrical and mechanical equipment, feeds, tie-in and systems required by CM to support construction needs throughout project. Fire Alarm System: - Main fire alarm panel upgrade. Building Exterior: - Investigation and exploratory removals of brick façade, as directed by Board and/or consultant to ascertain best remediation options of existing brickwork. - New façade of masonry or metal/siding/panels on East wing and South wing exterior walls; Final design dependent on above investigation results. - Metal trim work around majority of building perimeter to cover existing cement board finish. - Removals and replacement of two(2) exterior door & transom units. - Removal & replacement of mechanical room door, louvres & windows incl asbestos abatement Exterior & Site Work: - R&R of existing asphalt playground area at North section of site including new access gate & some chain link fencing installation. - Investigation and repair of existing concrete site stairs incl. metal railing upgrades. - Replacement and new poured concrete sidewalks. - Relocation existing wood storage shed. - Relocation, removals and/or replacement of existing basketball equipment & playground mulches/accessories.
