Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 122,000-square-foot, four-story above grade, 128-bed medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is issuing this Request for Proposals from qualified Design-Build firms. Design-Build firms will submit Part A proposals for BRC0000492 Request for Proposals Design-Build Services Los Angeles General Medical Center Restorative Care Village Phase 5 Psychiatric Subacute Facility located at 1240 N. Mission Road, Los Angeles, CA 90033. The Scoping Documents folder contains the Scoping Documents PDF file. The RCV Phase 4 Geotech and Surveys folder is not a part of the Scoping Documents; it contains reports from the time of Women's and Children's Hospital demolition. Request For Proposals (RFP) is for a primary firm (Design-Builder) that selects its own team of subconsultants. Subconsultants must contact primary firms directly to become parts of their teams. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Those who wish to attend must click the link that will be posted on the Public Works website for BRC0000492 to join. The link to the pre-proposal virtual conference will be posted on the day of the Microsoft Teams Live Event, Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
