INTRODUCTION A.1.1 ITB PURPOSE. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to repair the southbound I-5 soundwall at two locations in Salem for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. REQUIRED PROJECT DATES. o SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 5/24/2024 o FINAL COMPLETION: 5/31/2024 A.1.3 PREVAILING WAGE RATES: State prevailing wage rate requirements apply to this ITB and the resulting Contract. See ITB Section E for BOLI-related requirements and applicable wage rates. A.1.4 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES : Liquidated damages will apply to the Contract resulting from this ITB for failure to complete the project by the Substantial Completion Date.
