The Town of Edgefield is seeking bids to renovate portions of the basement at the Town's Activity Center located at 380 Church Street, Edgefield SC. The project consists of the following: -Add new sheetrock where existing drywall was removed due to recent water damage -Add PT plywood in janitor's closet where existing was remove due to damage -Prime and paint all new drywall to match existing paint color -Prime and paint existing door in janitor closet -Install new VCT tile flooring throughout the basement including doorways. Verify proper adhesion to existing concrete -Install new cabinets where old cabinets were removed due to water damage (Old countertop and sinks may be reused if possible) -Install new cove base -Install single stainless janitor sink (with legs and fixtures) in janitor's closet. -Both restroom sinks shall be removed -The commode and sink drains in both restrooms shall be plugged and capped -Replace electrical room door and hardware with a solid wood door
