No questions will be accepted after Wednesday, February 21st, at 3:00 P.M. The Georgia Ports Authority will receive sealed bids for the "Ocean Terminal Container Expansion - Phase 3" project. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 10 percent of bid sum. If a construction contract is awarded, successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each equal in amount to contract sum. All technical questions related to the proposed work should be submitted in writing and directed to Engineer's Project Manager, Jonathan Hulme jhulme@moffattnichol.com.
