Site work for a water / sewer project in Hermiston, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The Work for this Project includes, but is not limited to, modifications to the River Pump Station including the removal and replacement of three Owner-provided pumps, motors, and drives; and the replacement of valves, mechanical piping, pump bases, electrical and controls, site drain ditch excavation, and all work required to provide a complete and operational system. Modifications at the Non-Potable Pump Station No. 2 including the removal and replacement of six Owner-provided pumps, motors, and drives; and replacement of valves, mechanical piping, pump bases, an electromagnetic meter, electrical and controls, and all work required to provide a complete and operational system. Work also includes the installation of approximately 500 linear feet (LF) of 30-inch ductile iron (DI) pipe, 220 LF of 24-inch DI pipe, and 100 LF of 16-inch DI pipe, including removal and replacement through an existing jack and bore installation along Highway 207; together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. No paper sets will be provided for bidding purposes. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated Electronically. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated Electronically. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
