Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of: Questions shall be submitted by Nov. 27th, 2023 at 2:00PM. Questions will be addressed in addendum that will be issued to all prospective bidders no later than Nov. 28th, 2023 at 2:00PM. For questions contact Donna Domiano at ddomiano@tangipahoa.org Construction of a concrete 5' wide sidewalk and subsurface drainage including but not limited to clearing and grubbing, removal of pavement and replacement of driveways, erosion control, grading ditches, traffic control, site work, and related work as called for in the Plans, indicated on the bid form, or reasonable implied. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Public Work Bid Form. Tangipahoa Parish is an equal opportunity employer.
