As of October 25, 2024, information regarding the award and award date has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Located at Tmd-5, Tmd-3 and Tmd-9 and Other Miscellaneous Improvements The new buildings and other miscellaneous improvements to be designed under this Agreement are required to provide additional critical infrastructure required for Authority Operations. The operation of each existing facility is to be fully maintained throughout the design and construction phases of the respective projects to the maximum extent possible. As part of the design for each location, principal items of work have been identified that include but are not limited to the demolition of existing buildings and structures, upgrades to existing buildings and structures, paving, and associated utility work. Other ancillary work required to ensure complete functionality and optimal performance of the maintenance operations shall be included. Required design services will include developing both a conceptual and final design. See attachment B2, "Scope of Services" for details. Inquiries pertaining to this multi-project RFEOI are to be directed in writing to Rich Reuter, via e-mail reuter@njta.com with a copy to Gabrielle Coleman, gcoleman@njta.com. The subject line should read "OPS Nos. T4031 and P4033, EOI Inquiry". The deadline for inquiries is November 29, 2023. The Authority will respond to all written inquiries received by the deadline. Each inquiry will be stated, and a written response provided. Responses will be posted on the Authority's website under Doing Business, Current Solicitations on or before December 1, 2023. The Authority is seeking participation of Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) as subconsultants to the Qualified Firm that is awarded a contract under this RFEOI (the "Successful Qualified Firm"). The SBE project goal is 25%. The Authority has also adopted a Disabled Veteran Owned Business (DVOB) Enterprise Program (the "DVOB Program") pursuant to which the Success Qualified Firm must make a good faith effort to award at least three (3) percent of the assignment to DVOBs, all as more fully described in this RFEOI.
