Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winter Garden, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 633,310-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

Scope of Work consists of renovation of multi-system for two sites: Wekiva High School approximately 285,714 SF and West Orange High School approximately 347,596 SF. Renovation includes but is not limited to: Temporary Facilities, Utility locates for site improvements, temporary access road & temp parking including maintenance, removal, and restoration at both high schools, temporary fencing, architectural demolition and replacements including drywall & acoustical ceilings, floor coatings in mechanical rooms, touch up painting at select walls & ceilings and as necessary to facilitate the work, MEP demolition and replacements, campus wide heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system including refurbishments of existing air handling units (AHU's); removal and replacements of VAV's, removal and/or other mechanical air distribution equipment as indicated, replacement of select ductwork, dampers, actuators and sensors, removal and replacement of select CW piping, sensors, actuators and gauges, refurbishment and/or replacement of CW Pumps, replacement and/or refurbishments of exhaust fans, roof curbs and related roofing work, Building Automation System (BAS) controls; and other select HVAC system equipment and air distribution as needed. Minor plumbing and condensate piping and drain work. New electrical work to support the mechanical equipment and other select work. Low voltage systems work to verify exiting systems status and as necessary to facilitate the new MEP work. Landscaping restoration and maintenance. MWBE, LBD and VBE trade contractors and suppliers are encouraged to participate.
