Reference Number 0000335631 The intent of the Double-Sided LED Sign is to communicate City event information, happenings and messaging in locations that have significant traffic. Through surveys conducted, it was discovered that many of the City's residents receive their information related to City events on the sign located at the City Hall main entrance. The electronic sign informs and welcomes commuters to the City and creates a wayfinding/branding element to City buildings located throughout the City. The new Double-Sided Outdoor LED Screen should match the look, feel and capabilities of the City's newer two electronic signs, found at Fire Station 1 (1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, MI 48309) and Fire Station 4 (2723 Walton Blvd, Rochester Hills, MI 48309). Currently, communication to the City Hall electronic sign is via cable and ethernet bridge radio. The new sign is to be retrofitted to accommodate cellular communication so that all three signs may be programmed simultaneously by the Mayor's Office using Venus(C) Control Suite.
