A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The DPMC is seeking to engage the services of an architectural firm with the objective to expand the DSS cold storage capacity by building an additional freezer adjacent to the current freezer and repair the current malfunctioning cold storage, within the Distribution Center in West Trenton. The DSS includes two main parts; the Distribution Center (Side Offices, Dry Goods Warehouse & Freezer/Cooler & the Server Room) and the office space (the 1 st and 2 nd floor). The DSS is about 109,000 square feet The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The consultant shall be a firm prequalified with the DPMC in: Architecture (P001) with a dollar rating of $3 Million or greater. The firm shall also have in-house capabilities or identify sub-consultants prequalified in the following disciplines:
