Bidder shall be responsible for day-to-day monitoring and responding to locates from the Missouri One Call System (MOCS) for a specific geographical area within the City limits. City and Bidder will determine this area at contract award. The City intends to award a contract for services from 1/1/2024 through 12/31/2026. Services will be provided on an on-call basis only to supplement the City's current locate staff, as needed. No minimum quantities are guaranteed. Question Deadline 12/01/2023 at 3:00 PM CT Any questions related to the IFB shall be submitted to Willie Hantack, Purchasing Manager, at william.hantack@stcharlescitymo.gov. Contracts shall be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder meeting all specified requirements and considered the best. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract for reasons of violations by the successful bidder of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party ample time to remedy the deficiencies.
