The Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) is accepting statements of qualifications from design teams licensed in the State of South Carolina, to provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the expansion of the Mount Pleasant Whipple Road Tennis Complex located at 889 Whipple Road, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464. The overall site layout plan with future improvements dated July 20, 2007 is attached as reference to the design. Town intends to expand the Tennis Complex through the Construction Management at Risk (CM-R) delivery method.
