As of December 04, 2023, project was awarded to JM Construction, awarded amount is $135,955.37. LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: Friday, November 24, 2023 12:00 pm PST Contractor shall resurface 26,000 square feet of basketball courts on the third floor of the Student Recreation & Wellness Center (RWC) (https://www.unlv.edu/maps/campus/RWC). Contractors responsibilities include full sand, seal, paint and refinishing of the courts. Work must be performed during UNLV's winter break, which begins Monday, December 18, 2023. All work must be complete prior to Friday, January 12, 2024. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,500.00 per day will be levied for each day the project is not completed after the required Project Completion Date. Liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 for substitution of Key Personnel without prior consent. This Project has been estimated to cost approximately $135,000. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount .
