Renovation of a laboratory facility in Hyattsville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The Maryland Military Department (MMD or Department) is soliciting bids to procure the following: A Contractor to remove the existing Trane RTU-E HVAC roof top unit and existing York-1-B rooftop unit and replace with two (2) new HVAC roof top units (RTU s) including all associated failed parts. All work shall be completed within 120 days from notice of award following industry standards. If the Department determines that additional time is needed for the completion due to circumstances beyond the Contractor s control, the Department may exercise a unilateral option for an additional three (3) months at no additional cost to the Department. Term of Service: One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from Notice to Proceed Question Deadline 12/05/2023 at 10:00 AM ET All questions concerning this Small Procurement Solicitation shall be directed to the Procurement Officer listed on the key information summary sheet and be submitted in writing to sarah.love@maryland.gov.
