Site work for a water / sewer project in Franklinton, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: Mobilization, installation of 10" PVC/PE Water Main (open cut/jack & bore/directional bore), installation of eight-inch (8") PVC/PE Water Main (open cut/jack & bore/directional bore), installation of inline valves, tapping sleeve and valves, and gate vales with boxes (various sizes), installation of fire hydrants, installation of water main offsets (as required), transfer of water services, haul-in/grade/ compact backfill and limestone, and installation of silt fencing, demolition, final cleanup and fine grading in all areas, including seeding and fertilizing of excavated areas, and other miscellaneous work as called for on the drawings or reasonably implied. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of $50.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "Spangler Engineering, LLC". Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
