Construction of Denham Springs Water Well - Brignac Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of Municipal & Public Works. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Such actions shall be in accordance with the Louisiana R.S. 38:2214. The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570.
