Saving Project...

Renovation of a residential development in Lewiston, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The City of Lewiston is accepting sealed proposals for the LEAD and Housing Rehab work at 177 Oak Street. The work consists of but not limited to paint removal, paint encapsulation, surface enclosure, and component removal, and/or replacement. Dust cleaning may be done with interim control level protocol. Project includes lifting front and rear porch floors 2" (+/-) The City reserves the right to negotiate with the low bidder to bring projects down to within budget. All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretations of the Notice to Contractors, Forms of the Proposal, Plans, or Specifications must be submitted in writing at least five (5) days before the date herein set for the opening of bids. An interpretation of all questions so raised which, in his/her opinion, require interpretation, will be sent to all eligible bidders and posted on the Citys Web page as an addendum. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted.
