The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) has issued a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) for Interior/Exterior Repairs and Related Products and Services Job Order Contract (JOC) on an as needed basis where work is of a recurring nature but the delivery times, type, and quantities of work required are indefinite. LISD is currently composed of approximately 80 facilities. This solicitation specifically includes, but is not limited to, metal framing, gypsum, insulation, tape, bedding, texturing, interior finish out, acoustical ceiling grid, acoustical tile, metal, plastic, and wood trim products, protective coating installation and repair, exterior projects such as stucco repair, masonry, glass, and other exterior projects. The initial term for this contract shall be for two years. The District may renew the contract annually for not more than three additional years. Lewisville ISD encompasses 127-square miles and serves 49,000 students from thirteen (13) municipalities including Argyle, Carrollton, Coppell, Copper Canyon, Double Oak, Flower Mound, Frisco, Grapevine, Highland Village, Hebron, Lewisville, Plano and The Colony.
Deviations and Exceptions
If your company intends to deviate from the Specifications listed within the bid documents or in the attached documents, all such deviations and exceptions must be listed here, with complete and detailed conditions and information included. The District will consider any deviations or exceptions in its bid award decisions. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals based upon any deviations indicated below. LISD prefers responses to be submitted online via our electronic system. Submissions may be submitted manually.
Manual submissions must be delivered to the Procurement and Contracts Office in a sealed envelope by the date
and time stated. No fax or email submissions will be accepted. Only one format is needed. Manual submission shall
