The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is requesting competitive sealed proposals (CSP) for Landscape Maintenance, Mowing, and Related Products and Services for locations as needed throughout the District. LISD has approximately 73 facility locations in need of mowing services. LISD's mowing season is from second week of March on a Monday through November. Two mowing schedule options are requested in this solicitation, a weekly schedule resulting in 33 mows per year and a bi-weekly schedule resulting in 17 mows per year. Intervals noted in this solicitation are the minimum that are expected and may increase in frequency or supplemental mows may be added as-needed and at the District's discretion. Minimum expectations for landscape maintenance services are established in this solicitation, the Vendor shall utilize best efforts and industry standards and best practices provide Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) with a professionally manicured landscape in a clean and safe manner. Vendors may submit proposals for all locations or only specific locations. Depending on the award by the LISD Board of Trustees, the initial term for this contract may be for approximately 1.5 years or 2.5 years from date of award through August 2025 or 2026 respectively, with the possibility of up to two subsequent 2-year renewals.
