Site work for a water / sewer project in Georgetown, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Georgetown is seeking a professional engineering firm to assist the City with the development of Easements, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration Services for the above-listed project. The project is a result of an engineering study conducted by the City of Georgetown entitled "Royal Springs Basin Stormwater Improvements Evaluation". The maintenance project involves the rebuilding of an existing channel between the homes located at 503 and 507 South Broadway. The City of Georgetown reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to award any proposal in whole or in part, and/or to waive any irregularities or minor immaterial defects in any and all proposals. The right is also reserved to award proposals based on the best interest and/or most advantageous to the City. The City of Georgetown may also consider any alternative proposal that meets its basic needs. Proposals shall remain firm and open to acceptance by the City of Georgetown for a minimum period of sixty (60) days after the proposal opening. If the time period has expired, the City of Georgetown may request a letter from proposers asking to extend the time period. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through online portal Any and all questions related to registration for and use of online portal shall be directed to Stacey Clark at stacey.clark@georgetownky.gov.
