Renovation of a municipal facility in Valdosta, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

"As of January 5 ,2024, no bids received. A timeline for the rebid date of this project is not yet available." The work consists of demolition and removal of existing fixtures and tile, leveling of concrete floors, installation of new tile and plumbing fixtures, painting and miscellaneous related work. This will be a Unit Price Contract, and payments will be made on a monthly basis with payment to be based on actual quantities of work measured. The list of items shown in the Unit Price Schedule is inclusive of all the work shown and described. For more information contact Charlie Clark or Cindy Randall at (229) 259-3530. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receiving the bids. Bids must be accompanied by a signed and notarized non collusive affidavit as well as a signed and notarized Georgia Security & Immigration Compliance affidavit. No one will be allowed to sign in after 10:00 AM. The successful bidder, being responsible as well as responsive, shall commence work with an adequate force and equipment on a date specified in a written order of the City Engineer and complete the work within the time specified under the Special Conditions section of these specifications. The City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise. The City of Valdosta is an equal opportunity employer.
