The Project Consists of All Necessary Equipment and Labor to Perform the Indicated Work in the Following Areas: Warren Woods Tower High School 1. Final Design Coordination With Ameresco for Roof-integrated Solar Pv Array Totaling Roughly 360kwdc Nameplate. 2. Procurement of All Racking, Anchors, Modules, Inverters, Rapid Shutdown Device, and Other Necessary Equipment to Complete Installation of the System. 3. Installation, Permitting, Interconnection, and Startup of System. 4. Anchor Installation by Others Material Should Be Ordered and Delivered in Time for June 16th, 2024, Site Mobilization. B. On-site Mechanical and Electrical Installation is to Start Immediately Following Completion of New Roof Membrane, Planned for 29th of July 2024. C. Roof-integrated Solar Array Ready to Be Placed Into Service No Later Than September 1st, 2024. Type of Proposal: Only Firm Fixed Price Proposals for the Entire Comprehensive Scope of Work as Defined in the Ameresco Rfp Documents Are Being Entertained for the Work of This Proposal. Ameresco Shall Hold the Contract. The Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Sworn and Notarized Statement Disclosing Any Familial Relationship That Exists Between the Owner or Any Employee of the Bidder and Any Member of the School Board, or the Superintendent of Schools. Also Required is a Sworn and Notarized Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The Owner Will Not Accept a Bid That Does Not Include These Sworn and Notarized Statements. Proposal Guaranty: Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or a Satisfactory Surety Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price as a Guarantee. No Bid Shall Be Considered Unless It is Accompanied by the Required Guaranty. Checks Shall Be Made Payable to Warren Woods Public Schools. Such Cash, Checks, or Bid Bonds Will Be Returned to All Except the Three Lowest Bidders for Each Contract Within Five (5) Days After the Opening of Bids, and the Remaining Cash, Checks, or Bid Bonds Will Be Returned Promptly After the Owner and the Accepted Bidders Have Executed the Contract, or if No Award Has Been Made, Within Thirty (30) Days After the Date of the Opening of Bids, Upon Demand of the Bidder at Any Time Thereafter, So Long as He Has Not Been Notified of the Acceptance of His Bid. Proposal Acceptance: the Right to Accept and/or Reject Any and All Proposals and to Waive Any and All Informalities and/or Irregularities in Bid Proposals Submitted During the Bidding Process is Reserved by the Owner, Which Right May Be Exercised at the Sole Discretion of the Owner.
