The building is comprised pier supported concrete foundation with concrete and steel columns and steel roof structure. The exterior will be brick and metal panels on CFMF back up walls. The interiors will generally be metal stud interior gyp bd painted walls, VCT and LVT and ceramic tile finishes. The project includes HVAC, electrical and technology systems. Question Deadline 12/06/2023 at 2:00 PM CT ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $50,000,000.00, based on the Plans and Specifications. TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION: The Project must be complete and ready for occupancy not later than June 2, 2025. Any proposal must provide for final completion by this date. Alternately, Offerors are asked to submit the number of calendar days required for completion of the Work, if completion of the Work shall be prior to such date. Offerors are advised that The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250.00 per day for each day's delay in the Substantial Completion of the Work. BID SECURITY: A proposal bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Proposal, plus all additive alternatives, if applicable, shall be attached to the Proposal Form. Each Bidder shall be capable of furnishing payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum.
