Saving Project...

Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Berry Mills, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

In general, the work consists of the partial replacement of the metal roof system of the former Administration portion of the Material Recovery Facility located on the east side of the building. The roof retrofit will also include a new conventional structural steel framing to raise the existing roof elevation to match the elevation and slope of the adjacent, existing roof to the west. The project will also include the installation of three (3) new roof hatches in the fire pump house structure. All work will be at the Material Recovery Facility at 100 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills, NB. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond, and a Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price.
