Request for Proposal for Truesdell Memorial Park Lawn Care 2024 Season Business to provide their own equipment and operators to perform all mowing, maintenance, landscaped beds, trimming, and weeding of all grass, bushes, and other plants on the property, including around the gazebo and driveway, done on a once weekly basis during the week as to not interfere with any weekend reservations. Park Operator will contact business if a reservation is made for a weekday and mowing will be completed accordingly. Truesdell Memorial Park is 3.29 acres located at 7230 Center Road, Ashtabula, Ohio, 44004 at the southeastern corner of St. Rt. 20 and St. Rt. 45. Business takes full responsibility for repairs, safety, insurance and liability to all equipment and any private property which their services may cause, holding Saybrook Township Park Commission harmless of any claims from their mowing services. Business must show proof of liability insurance and valid Worker s Compensation Certificate. Contract will commence April 1, 2024 and end October 31, 2024 with the option of a yearly renewal. Payments will be invoiced to Saybrook Township Park, PO Box 3124, Ashtabula, OH 44005-3124 on a monthly basis and paid after the Saybrook Township Park Board meeting held on the third Thursday of each month. The Saybrook Township Park Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Please email any questions concerning bid to saybrookpark@outlook.com.
