Site work for a civil project in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Must be a bidder in order to receive the bid tabulation and awarded contractor. Scope of Work: The site is approximately 3.44 acres in Landlot 180 & 181, 18th District, Dekalb County and is zoned Commercial (cc). the site is located at 4815 Buford Hwy. The Development Consist of the disturbance of approximately XX acres for the replacement of the existing 36" storm pipe. The construction activities shall include clearing and the necessary grading to allow for the repaving and installation of infrastructure.
