the scope of work for each DBE and other subcontractors listed on Contract Participation Form; and (3) at least at the agreed price identified for each DBE and other subcontractors listed on Contract Participation Form. All Offerors interested in performing the services described in this RFP shall furnish sufficient technical, supervisory, and administrative services to insure expeditious prosecution of the work and shall submit in a sealed, opaque envelope one (1) original, so marked, and four (4) copies of their complete Proposal package, and any supplementary company materials. The Commission reserves the right at its sole discretion to solicit proposals from other qualified consultants on a project specific basis through the Request for Proposals(RFP) process, including those projects listed above, and not to include such projects in the Scope of Services under this RFP. Insurance Requirements: The contractor must maintain, as a minimum, the following insurance policies at the time the work commences and maintain those or greater coverage during the entire term of the contract. The contractor shall purchase and maintain at all times such insurance as will protect it and the Commission (as additional Insured, except for Workers Compensation) from claims resulting from the contractors operations under the resulting contract, whether such operations be by the contractor or by any subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of the subcontractors, or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable Workers Compensation in statutory amounts Commercial General Liability in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate Auto Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence Excess liability insurance in the minimum amount of five Million Dollars $5,000,000. The Commission shall be named as an additional insured thereon.
