Papillion Water Treatment Plant Clearwell and Accessory Building Project Site Address: 15406 S. 87th Street, Papillion, NE 6804 Site Directions: The Work is located at the Papillion WTP site at 15406 S. 87th Street, NE 68406. Construction of a 2 million gallon (MG) prestressed, precast concrete Clearwell structure, and construction of an approximately 18,200 square foot Accessory Building, which includes vehicle storage, offices and breakroom, and restrooms and locker rooms, as well as a workout area, a vehicle wash bay, a loading dock, and other miscellaneous spaces.
