The work consists of removing and replacing the front and rear parking lot asphalt surface, removing tree root intrusion, repairing/compacting the substrate as required, replacing tire bumpers, replacing ADA parking sign/pole and restriping as per attached specifications. Clean up work and related debris removal and demobilization in a manner and at the times determined by the Contracting Officer.
