1. Gulfton Secondary (6565 De Moss Dr. Houston, Texas 77074) 2. Northside Secondary (5215 Jensen Dr. Houston, Texas 77026) 3. Southeast Secondary (353 Crenshaw Rd. Houston, Texas 77034) Awarded contractor shall assume full responsibility for the overall supply of any/all products, materials, machinery, and manpower required for site prep, demo, and the full build/install of the Gulfton, Northside, and Southeast Secondary gymnasium flooring renovations. Project shall consist of but not limited to Temporary safe removal and storage of any gymnasium F.F.E. including bleachers "as required" for fulfillment of flooring replacement scope. Removal and disposal of existing gym flooring & underlayment and components. Work Surface Preparation, "as required by flooring manufacturer." Installation of high impact interlocking tile, modular flooring; resilient acoustic underlayment system. "Scope shall include base and thresholds as necessary." Contractor shall "salvage for reuse" all threshold transitions. Contractor shall provide new base mold at full perimeter of installation. NCAA Regulation game lining/marking paint, or tape, as recommended by sport surface manufacturer. Contactor to confirm details of Striping layout prior to Striping. Include volleyball attack lines 10' off the center court. Final clean and replacement of gymnasium F.F.E as directed by owner. Actual work to be performed and the schedule for performance under this solicitation will be upon the terms, conditions, and timelines agreed upon by YES Prep and the selected contractor. Time is of the essence for this project. All items listed in the scope of work shall be completed no later than the date agreed upon contract award. Deadline will not be moved due to rainy days.
