RFP/PSA number: 25253011 Project Numbers-State/Federal. : HFHWY00285, HFHWY00286, SFHWY00455 / NBIS072, NBIS073, 9500164 Project Site (City, Village, etc.).: Various The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional consultant services for bridge, ferry terminal, and tunnel safety inspection services throughout the State. The Consultants will perform inspections mandated by 23 CFR 650 Subpart C - National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS), 23 CFR 650 Subpart E - National Tunnel Inspection Standards, and to support Department maintenance and operations activities. Consultants will provide an NBIS or NTIS (as applicable) and element-level assessment of requested structures, detailed in an approved report format for each inspection to document findings and make recommendations for needed repairs and preventative maintenance.
