Grading & drainage, parking lot, pavilion, bathroom building, pool, concrete walks, decomposed granite walks, gas firepit, tube steel fencing, lighting, site furnishings, decorative pond fountains, irrigation & planting. Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: 1. Grading & Drainage 2. Parking Lot 3. Pavilion 4. Bathroom Building 5. Pool 6. Concrete & Decomposed Granite Walks 7. Gas Fire Pit 8. Tube Steel Fencing 9. Lighting 10. Site Furnishings 11. Decorative Pond Fountains 12. Irrigation & Planting All questions shall be submitted by Friday, July 26, 2024, by 12:00 pm. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the www.civcastusa.com. For such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
