Site work for a water / sewer project in Uhland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project consists of, but is not limited to the following: Approximately 14,000 L.F. of 24 water main along FM 2720 from Old Spanish Trail to Bob White Road. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety registered with the U.S. Treasury shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check payable to the County Line SUD may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Performance Bonds - Requires all prime contractors which enter into a formal contract in excess of $100,000 with the State, Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages (as further described in the Contractor Agreement) the sum of $750.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. The County Line SUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding
