The project involves the construction of a municipal water supply well including mobilization and demobilization of all work; drill a test borehole; drill and complete a new 18 diameter municipal water supply well; provide water quality testing of new well; and site restoration. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Project/Site Background: Lakeville is planning to install a new municipal water supply well (Well 23). Well 23 is anticipated to be completed with an open hole in the Jordan aquifer.
