Renovation of a fire / police facility in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The County of York, Virginia (Owner) is seeking the services of a professional Contractor to construct a Fuel Station located at 114 Hubbard Lane, Williamsburg, VA 23185. The project consists of, but is not limited to: the removal of two (2) Underground Storage Tanks (UST), installation of two (2) UST (Owner to provide), and the construction of one (1) Fuel Island. Question Deadline 12/11/2023 at 1:00 PM ET Questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Officer not later than 1:00 p.m. on December 11, 2023. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. The anticipated start date for this project shall be June 10, 2024. Final Completion: (112) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages: An additional $200 per calendar day after time for Final Completion has expired. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than Five Percent (5%) of the bid, which may be a Bid Bond, a Certified Check, or Cashier's Check, made payable to, Treasurer, York County, Virginia The Successful Bidder shall execute and provide to the Owner, following Notice of Award, Performance and Payment Bonds with surety in an amount equal to 100% of the accepted Bid.
