Upgrade to TTC facilities. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Consultants has been issued by the owner. 1 TTC requires two (2) Professional Engineering Contractors (Consultants), who hold a Certificate of Authorization from Professional Engineers Ontario, to provide environmental consulting services related to air quality, waste management, noise and vibration. The Consultants must have relevant and recent (within last 5 years) experience. Experience related to transit projects and construction are necessary. 2 Complete Work in accordance with relevant regulatory and third-party requirements and due diligence. 3 This Contract will be utilized for various purposes and during different stages, including but not limited to conceptual and detail design, site and condition assessment, and any other environmental support required during pre-construction, construction and post-construction. 4 Work will be requested by TTC when required. 5 Work includes: Conduct ambient and indoor air sampling and assessment. Conduct solid and liquid waste sampling, classification and assessment. Conduct noise and vibration monitoring and assessment Conduct Greenhouse Gas and Life Cycle Assessment Conduct conceptual and detail designs. Analyze data and provide corrective measures. Develop and implement monitoring, management programs and plans. Prepare, sign and submit the following, but not limited to: Engineering reports (For example: Monitoring Report) Preliminary studies (For example: Baseline Assessment Reports. Enquiries must be forwarded to the owner prior to December 15 2023 at 2:00 PM ET.
