Renovation of a fire / police facility in Smartsville, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

***As of December 18, 2023. Bid is cancelled. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to remove existing system and purchase and install a new vehicle diesel exhaust removal system that has two (2) points of access, connects directly to vehicle tailpipes, has an auto on/off feature (when exhaust is sensed), is track mounted, and has an automatic disconnect when the vehicle leaves the building. This contract requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $1,000.00 Payment Bond (STD 807) Requirement: If the successful bidder s bid exceeds $25,000.00, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement. Bidder must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, a valid, current D-34 Prefabricated Equipment Contractor license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB), for the type of work to be performed Potential Bidders who attended the mandatory pre-bid walk-through may submit written questions regarding the bid by December 1, 2023. All questions should be emailed in writing to kelly.mcgrew@fire.ca.gov. NO QUESTIONS will be accepted after December 1, 2023.
