Reference number : 1780991 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-12-05 Renovation of the Teachers' Room and the Exterior Envelope - Block B at École secondaire du Mont-Bruno. The work is located in wings B and C and includes, but is not limited to: Outside: 1- Replacement of 2 exterior entrances on the ground floor; 2- Replacement of existing windows; 3- Enlargement of existing openings in the exterior wall for new windows; masonry work (existing concrete block wall to be modified) 4- Modification of the exterior cladding (new metal cladding) on certain sections of the building, including the air barrier/vapour barrier membrane and insulation; 5- Replacement of the metal flashing of the roof parapet, on certain sections of the building; Inside: 1- Modification of the interior partitioning on level 3 (teachers' room), including the demolition and construction of gypsum partitions, doors and frames, ceilings, floor finishes, built-in furniture and accessories, as indicated in the architectural drawings; 2- New blowing in the gypsum walls and addition of furniture integrated into the library (level 2); 3- Addition of a safety curtain (level 1 corridor); 4- Painting of the existing metal structure on the ceiling of the atrium; 5- Incidental work to mechanical/electrical interventions (removal and reinstallation of existing ceilings)
