You are invited to bid on a general contract for the exterior renovation of Craighead County Courthouse, 511 S. Main Street, Jonesboro, Arkansas. All bids will be on a lump sum basis. The Owner, unless designated to another entity, supervises the bidding and awarding of all construction contracts, approves contracts, change orders, makes payment requests, and ensures that on-site inspections are accomplished. Obtaining contract documents through any source other than SCM Architects is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information, and the bidder risks basing the bidders proposal on incorrect information. Only documents obtained through SCM Architects are considered the official version and take precedence if any discrepancies occur. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder and each subcontractor to verify that their bid is based on a complete set of construction documents, including all addenda. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
